Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you will get a 100% refund.
If you inform us within 24 hours before the session, either refund or date adjustment will be done.
If you notify at least 12 hours before the session, 50% payment can be adjusted for another session.
No refund or adjustment will be given if cancellation is less than 12 hours before the session.
Refund eligibility for incomplete or canceled sessions is at the sole discretion of Herbayur.
