Service Policy

1. Scope of Services
We provide consultancy services on Health related issues to clients through sessions.

2. Service Delivery
Services are delivered as per mutually agreed schedules and through the agreed communication channels (online/video/phone).

3. Payment Terms
– Fees must be paid prior to or as per the agreed schedule.
– We accept payments via banking methods communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Cancel 24+ hours before session: 100% refund.
– Cancel within 24 hours but 12+ hours before session: Session date adjustment.
– Cancel within 12 hours before session: 50% Payment can be adjusted for a future session only.
– No refund or adjustment if less than 12 hours’ notice is given.

5. Client Responsibilities 
– Provide accurate information necessary for effective consulting.
– must follow diet plans and lifestyle as advised for better results

6. Confidentiality 
All client information exchanged during services is confidential and will not be shared without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we endeavor to provide professional advice, results depend on various factors and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice as per terms agreed in the contract.
